◎简　　介

　　丹堤在便利店当收银兼文员，才来当天他正值休假，打算舒舒服服地大放松，谁知老板一个电话要他立即返工。他惟有连记赶回到店里开铺，噩梦随即开始，首位要对付的是反吸烟狂魔，接着是女友惊心动魄的往事告解。手忙脚乱之际还要招呼邻铺任职录影带中心的老友兼死敌伦度，还有屋顶上曲棍球混战，原来便利店可以是如此缤纷。

　　尤其是录像店的店员，颇有一点中国以前的售货员的态度。本片的成本仅25万美元，是编导的处女作，显示出惊人的观察力和自嘲精神。不奇怪，原来他自己在那家店干过4年。

花絮

·这部电影大部分投资都是通过信用卡和向亲朋好友的借贷支付的。

·导演Kevin Smith是个漫画迷，他为了给这部电影筹集资金卖掉了大部分收藏，后来他又有了钱再把它们买回来。

·扮演Randal的Jeff Anderson之前从没有表演经验。

·导演Kevin Smith一开始决定自己出演Randal，这也是这个角色拥有最好台词的原因。
